Welcome and opening remarks. Set discussion is to approach the topics to be discussed. Using the CLOC 12 Core Competencies CLOC Wheel as a guide, the goal is to set the stage for the discussions for today in exploring where law departments and business partners are finding excellence, maturity, challenge, and road blocks. In the conversation, how does the future roadmap of a business partner be developed by client needs and vice versus what do clients foresee as needing support or guidance from a business partner for the future. Within the CLOC 12 Core Competencies there are interconnected relationships in tech and service, where the contribution of building relationships is crucial and setting the goals is fundamental. The goal of these conversations are to set feedback from both sides to address such challenges and takeaway knowledge for the future.
