Early Bird Registration Rate (EBRR) is available through April 30. After this date, the EBRR will continue for those who still have travel bans in place. If your organization has restrictions on booking travel at this time, EBRR will continue for you up to 10 days after the restrictions have been lifted.

If you are employed by an entity that qualifies for membership but is not currently a member, contact iltacon@iltanet.org for information on registration. Any individual who provides products and/or services to ILTA member organizations must register as a consultant.

International Discount

The cost of traveling to our U.S.-based annual conference can be prohibitive for ILTA members who are based outside of North America. To assist, we're pleased to announce some discounts to aid our international travelers. The offering comes in two flavors; see if something is a good fit for you, your firm or your colleagues! Please note this discount cannot be combined with the SuperPass discount.

If you are a North American-based ILTA member entity and have registered at least three people from North America, you can register additional ILTACON participants from locations outside of North America with a $250 discount per person.

If you are an ILTA member entity based outside of North America and have registered at least one person, you can register additional participants from locations outside of North America with a $250 per person discount.

SuperPass

Is your organization sending more than six people to the ILTACON? Sign up to take advantage of our SuperPass!

  • For every six paid attendees, your organization can register one person for free.
    (i.e., purchase six and seventh is free; purchase 12 and the 13th and 14th are free; etc.)
  • The attendees do not have to register at the same time. ILTA can confirm the firm's eligibility to register a free (SuperPass) attendee.
  • The free attendee(s) must complete this registration form and email it to iltacon@iltanet.org or fax it to 512.593.5230.
  • Although each attendee will receive an automated confirmation email containing the hotel reservation link, a single link may be used to make all hotel reservations for the group.

SUPERPASS CANCELLATIONS: Following the registration of a SuperPass attendee, the first cancellation for the company does not result in a refund (it is considered a cancellation of the SuperPass discount), and normal cancellation policies apply. You are still responsible for all other fees associated with travel/lodging; this discount is for conference registration only. This offer cannot be combined with the International Discount.
