Registration is closed.

Whether you join us in-person or online, your #myILTACON experience will be unlike any other ILTACON we've planned in its 41 years of existence. 

   • Late registration begins on July 1, 2021.
   • In-person ILTACON Attendance - Registration closed August 10, 2021.
   • Online ILTACON Attendance - Registration closed August 18, 2021.

Please note the following policies before proceeding.

    Cancellation Policy
    Registration cancellations will be refunded as follows:
       • Cancellations received on or before May 31 = 75% refund
       • Cancellations received June 1 - June 30 = 50% refund
       • Cancellations received after June 30 = No refund

Registration for ILTACON will be a little different, but we’ve broken it down for you.

Step 1
Each registrant will be required to agree to an Anti-Harassment Policy (and a COVID-19 Liability Release Waiver for in-person attendance.)

Step 2
Once registrants have submitted the waiver, they will receive a registration link to complete registration for ILTACON.

Need to pay on a single invoice?

The process to pay for registrants from your organization on a single invoice has changed from recent years.

  1. Please have each registrant fill out the 2021 ILTACON Registration request e-form to agree to the Event Anti-Harassment Policy and COVID-19 waiver (for those attending in-person.) Upon submission, each registrant will see a notification on the screen that the submission has been accepted. The screen will show the link to continue to the “Start Your Registration” page. The registrant will also receive the confirmation and link via email.
  2. Each registrant will need to login (or create a login) to access the Start Your Registration page. Upon logging in, the registrant will see two registration options – in-person or digital access for ILTACON. Have your registrants select the appropriate option, proceed through, then select “Pay Later.”
  3. Each registrant will be assigned a Registration submission number (REG-XXXXX). Once all registrants have completed the Registration Request and been assigned an ID number, email iltacon@iltanet.org with the names, registration types, and registration ID numbers for everyone you would like on the single invoice. We will confirm the submissions match, and we will issue an invoice (honoring any eligible superpass discount). Upon receipt of payment, registrations will be processed and email confirmations will be issued.

Timely and accurate submissions are very important. Any delays or inaccuracies could result in higher fees. It is important to note that no registrations will be processed or confirmed until payment is received.
