Call for Speakers!

Share your experience, resources, and expertise!

We invite ILTA members and business partners to apply to speak or moderate a session at ILTACON 2023. Review the list of available sessions and if you are interested, please complete the speaker application form and enter the session ID. If you also know someone who might be the perfect speaker for a session, please share the link with them. The speaker application process will be open 20 March through 16 April 2023.

Review the list of sessions

You'll need to be logged in to your Microsoft 365 account to view the embedded workbook. Scroll to see all of the information including session dates, times, and number of applicants. And be sure to save the session ID numbers for the sessions you are interested in.

Fill out the application form

Please limit yourself to applying for no more than three sessions; speakers are limited to speaking at only one session. All speakers must be able and willing to attend and speak in person. Please submit a separate application for each session.

Early Bird Pricing and Registration Opens 4 April

ILTA members save $500

The Early Bird Registration rate is $2,250 for ILTA Members ($2,750 beginning 1 July). Registration includes all educational sessions, access to the Exhibit Hall, all lunches and breaks, and the ILTA-sponsored networking events. Registration for other registration types will open on 2 May.
