HEALTH & SAFETY HUB

ILTA takes the health and safety of our members, partners, staff, and guests seriously.

We know that the decision to attend a meeting is based upon a variety of professional and personal considerations. We hope this page provides you with the information needed to make your decision.

ILTACON 2022 is a COVID-19 vaccination required event for all participants.

We will continue to assess evolving public health guidance regarding large gathering settings and will provide updates and additional guidance as we refine our planning. ILTA continues to encourage all attendees, exhibitors, and staff to follow all applicable regulations and make informed choices about travel, onsite, and external engagement. Find additional info on our FAQ page.

Right of Entry Protocols

ILTA has adopted a “COVID-19 Vaccination Required” approach for all attendees, exhibitors and staff at ILTACON. In practice, this means all attendees, exhibitors and ILTA staff will have to provide proof of their COVID-19 “full vaccination” in order to gain access to the session rooms and exhibit hall. Boosters are not required to attend ILTACON.

All participants will be required to be fully vaccinated no later than 15 July, 2022. ILTA accepts all vaccinations that the World Health Organization (WHO) has determined meet the necessary criteria for safety and efficacy. Boosters are not required to participate in ILTACON. The WHO list can be found here: https://www.who.int/emergencies/diseases/novel-coronavirus-2019/covid-19-vaccines/advice

If an attendee, exhibitor or ILTA staff member does not meet these requirements, they are NOT considered fully vaccinated and will not be permitted to enter.

Digital images of proof of vaccination should be submitted by clicking here before 15 July 2022. You will need your registration number to submit the image. The registration number (REG-xxxxxxx) can be found on your confirmation email and on your ILTACON event registration page.

If you do not feel comfortable uploading your digital proof of vaccination, you may check the box ""I will bring my proof of vaccination to ILTACON.""

Additionally, ILTA recommends all attendees, exhibitors and staff comply with travel guidelines issued by the CDC when traveling to ILTACON 2022.
